Plans in Motion for Dancing with the Kansas City Stars

A scenic November city skyline was the backdrop for Honorary Chairs John and Marny Sherman, to host The Big Reveal for the 10th anniversary of Cristo Rey’s Dancing with the Kansas City Stars.
At the reveal, guests learned the 2016 slate of Stars, who will be coached and partnered with a professional dancer from Allegro Ballroom. Lacing up their dancing shoes for the school’s students and headlining the 2016 event are Philip Bouillette, Harlan Brownlee, Danny Campbell, Richard Martin, Pete McCluskey, Marina Garcia O’Sullivan, Kelsey Walsh Perry, and, Jackie DeSouza-Van Blaricum.
On Saturday, March 5, the Shermans will welcome 1,000 guests for cocktails, dinner and an all-star celebrity dance competition at the Sheraton Hotel at Crown Center. Event proceeds will benefit scholarships to open the doors to a private, college-prep education for high school students with economic need.
