Dancing with the Kansas City Stars promises to be an extraordinarily elegant foot-tapping event. Join us on Saturday, March 30, to make a difference in the lives of one of our community’s most vital resources: young people at Cristo Rey. Since 2006, the innovative model of education employed by Cristo Rey has equipped its students to take their places in college classrooms across the country. The support of the community is an essential element that keeps the Cristo Rey line - diplomas, degrees and careers - moving.
Honorary Chairs from the Kevin and Connie Fahey Family are leading the community effort to pack the Grand Ballroom of the Sheraton Hotel at Crown Center and observed, "Those of us who have been blessed with the opportunity to benefit from Catholic high schools and, all of us that value a quality education, need to come together and give these same opportunities to those with limited economic means," said 2013 Alumni Star Connie Fahey.
Featuring hometown heroes, Dancing with the Kansas City Stars is Cristo Rey Kansas City’s largest fundraiser. Your support of Dancing with the Kansas City Stars provides scholarship assistance for more than 350 students. The 2019 all star line-up includes:
