Working closely with the School President and the Board of Directors, the Director of Institutional Advancement (IA) helps develop the strategic vision to foster generous, broad-based philanthropic support for the school and its mission. The Director of IA is also responsible for the successful implementation of that vision, by cultivating and stewarding relationships with individual, corporate, and foundation donors, designing and directing distinctive events, and generating excitement about a range of ways to contribute to the growth and success of the school.

Director of Mission

Rooted in the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth charism and mission, the Director of Mission oversees the programming and staff that ensures the spiritual formation and faith development of the CRKC community and will fill a critical role in the development and promotion of the Integral Ecology Initiative in collaboration with the SCL sponsored ministries. This position helps create an environment which encourages and guides all members to contribute to the Catholic identity of the campus, brings to life a school rich in spiritual growth, prayer, discipleship, sacramental experiences, and social justice, and responds to the spiritual needs of the students, teachers, staff, and parents from diverse backgrounds to prepare leaders in service for the Church and society.
