Scholarship Programs

Application ImageThree distinct scholarship programs are available to assist qualified students attend Cristo Rey Kansas City. The programs recognize students who excel in academics, as leaders or in community service.

Academic Award
The Academic Award recognizes incoming freshmen for an outstanding record of academic achievement. Candidates score exceptionally well on standardized tests and maintain consistently high marks on report cards. Award recipients are eligible for an award equal to the annual family tuition obligation. The award is automatically renewable for each year, contingent upon maintaining at least a 3.0 grade point average.

Community Leader Award
The Community Leadership Award recognizes incoming freshmen students as leaders in their schools, churches, youth organizations or other community settings. In age-appropriate ways, candidates have demonstrated a record of leadership. Award recipients are eligible for an award equal to the annual family tuition obligation. The award is renewable for each year, contingent upon completing an annual leadership activity summary, fulfilling a service requirement, and maintaining a 2.0 grade point average.

Community Service Award
The Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Service Award recognizes incoming freshmen students as models of service to the community. In age-appropriate ways, candidates for this award have a demonstrated record of serving others. Award recipients are eligible for an award equal to the annual family tuition obligation. The award is renewable for each year, contingent upon continued commitment to service, modeling the five core values, furnishing a faculty recommendation, and maintaining a 2.0 grade point average.
