While we would like to accept all computer and other electronic donations, we unfortunately cannot do so due to storage space, the cost of recycling what we cannot use, etc. Currently, donations of individual PCs, printer, and analog TVs cannot be taken at this time.

We have posted guidelines for acceptable computer donations below. For an evaluation of any electronic non-computer donation *or* to arrange pickup or dropoff of acceptable computer donations, please contact our Technology Coordinator, Glen O'Connor. If your computer or electronic donation does not meet the following guidelines we encourage you to recycle your equipment at Surplus Exchange, Kansas City's only certifiied "E-Steward" recycler. While there may be a modest charge to recycle your equipment, you can trust that with Surplus Exchange your donation will be utilized if possible and, if not possible, recycled in the most environmentally friendly method possible.
