All new students have three weeks of training before starting their jobs. Throughout the school year, all Cristo Rey students also have ongoing training and mentoring from staff and job supervisors. The Cristo Rey Work Study Program is a critical to our goal of preparing students for their on-the-job- education, for personal development, and ultimately for college. During their training, Cristo Rey students learn the following topics.
